Bob was the founder of DLR Contracting, Inc. Through his guidance and direction the company grew and flourished into the first class construction company that DLR is known as today. He took a personal approach to a professional business which is still instilled in the company today. In the true family spirit he is survived in the company by his son, Robert Dodd Jr (President), and daughter, Robin Hughart (Secretary/Treasurer). |

Robin joined the DLR team in 2004. She has an Associates Degree in Business Management. Along with heading up our accounting department, she manages our safety program which includes on site job inspections, safety manuals, and safety meetings. |
